Newsletters

The Conservation Society Newsletter was first published in 1973 and has been, for most of its life, published quarterly.

Many of the recent editions can be downloaded below as PDF files by clicking on the icon alongside.

New editions will be uploaded here as they become available as well as being announced on the front page.

Unfortunately most of the first thirty years or so are currently only held in paper form and we may, hopefully, be able to find a way to get those ones online at some stage in the future. Thanks in the meantime must be sent to the late Jim Nagel, and more recently his son Bart, for preserving what we have in an electronic format.

Newsletters

In 2018 the late Jim Nagel created an online index of the newsletters, with lists of the articles therein, from 1999 when he took over the editorship of the same

As part of this exercise Jim took selected articles and created online versions which could be browsed and enjoyed with nothing more than a standard browser

Newsletters We have taken the decision to preserve this area of Jim's website "completely as is" as a tribute to out lost friend and in recognition of the hard work he contributed over the years to the benefit of the Society.
